The $206 total at checkout includes the $199 Marketing and Technical Integration Fee plus a 3.5% transaction fee. This covers the professional labor required to manage the GameAcon storefront and integrate your game into the official Steam Event block, as well as our built-in marketing efforts at the show and online. You can register multiple games to receive automatic discounts at checkout: 10 percent off for two games or 15 percent off for three or more games. Please ensure you read through the Agreement and Policies section below in full. Agreement and Policies
By buying a Digital Listing for GameAcon (October 16–18, 2026 at The Shops at Palm Desert), you agree to the following legally binding terms:
I. MASTER POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including turnout, weather, personal emergencies, or "lack of results." Chargeback Waiver: You expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. Any attempt to reverse payment is a breach of contract and may result in legal action. No Guarantees: GameAcon does not guarantee attendance, specific floor placement, sales, or digital traffic. Participants accept full responsibility for their own performance. Force Majeure: If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, a credit may be issued toward a future event at our sole discretion. Professional behavior is required; harassment results in removal from the platform without refund. Items must be family-friendly.
II. FOR STEAM DIGITAL SHOWCASE PARTICIPANTS ($199) Listing Platform Only: GameAcon provides the listing and event block placement only. We do not guarantee downloads, wishlists, or traffic. No Physical Space: This tier is digital-only. It does not include a physical footprint, on-site furniture, or on-site judging. Technical Liability: GameAcon is not responsible for Steam platform outages or Valve’s content rejection. Technical and Marketing Integration: The fee covers the labor for storefront management and digital wall promotion for live attendees. Once your game listing is live on the GameAcon Steam event page and your trailer is added to the digital wall rotation, the service is considered fully rendered and complete.
