The World Series of Board Gaming (WSBG) has partnered with GameAcon to bring you the opportunity to win a “Stay and Play Package” (entry and hotel stay in Las Vegas Nevada, prize worth of $1,050) for your chance to win your piece of $50,000!
If you're unfamiliar, The World Series of Board Gaming (wsbgvegas.com) is an annual competition in Vegas to crown the "World's Best All-Around Board Gamer". Competitors will compete in 16 different games (a max of 4 per player), with one winner taking home the title of WSBG Champion and the $25,000 grand prize. Just like her last year —>
We’ll be hosting a version of this at GameAcon in Palm Springs, CA! To be the GameAcon WSBG Champion, all it takes is winning 3 games!
Be the champion of the game you enter and just like that you’re in the Semi Finals! In the semi-finals you'll play a RANDOM game out of the 16 to win your way to the Final Table! This format allows you to specialize in the game you know best, but you’ll need to know the other games well enough to win at them as well; testing your all-around board gaming ability!
Each game has a $20 entry, anyone can enter and you can enter in as many as you’d like! The WSBG in Las Vegas is an 18+-only tournament. Sign-ups are limited, so lock in your game now! (See below for the tournament schedule)
