Volunteer form | Gameacon

We’re looking for awesome volunteers to join the GameACon team for our upcoming Coachella Valley event! This is your chance to gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of a fan-fueled celebration of games, cosplay, comics, and pop culture—all set in the heart of Palm Desert.

Volunteer Details:
🗓️ Event Dates: Saturday, October 11 – Sunday, October 12, 2025
📍 Location: The Shops at Palm Desert

Volunteer Availability:
Volunteers are only needed during show hours — 11:00 AM to close each day.
No Friday setup required.

Responsibilities:

Assist with guest check-in and line management
Help with panels, tournaments, and cosplay events
Support general floor operations and attendee questions
Assist with end-of-day cleanup on Sunday evening
