October 11–12, 2025 | The Shops at Palm Desert

We’re looking for 8 awesome volunteers to join the Gameacon team for our upcoming Gameacon Coachella Valley event! This is your chance to gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of a fan-fueled celebration of games, cosplay, comics, and pop culture—all set in the heart of Palm Desert.

Volunteer Details:

Event Dates:
🗓️ Saturday, October 11 – Sunday, October 12, 2025
📍 Location: The Shops at Palm Desert

Volunteer Availability Required:
Friday, October 10 at 12 PM (Setup Day)
through
Sunday, October 12 at 7 PM (Event Close & Breakdown)

Responsibilities:

Assist with event setup on Friday
Help manage lines, check-ins, and floor operations during the show
Support panels, tournaments, and cosplay areas
Break down and clean up on Sunday evening
