🎯 GameAcon Sponsorship Agreement & Policies (2025) — Thank you for choosing to sponsor GameAcon! By purchasing a sponsorship package for GameAcon (October 11–12, 2025 at The Shops at Palm Desert), you agree to the following terms and conditions: All sponsorships are for promotional visibility only. No physical space, booth setup, furnishings, electricity, or infrastructure is included unless explicitly stated. If your sponsorship includes branding opportunities (e.g., signage, digital features, swag bag inserts), you are responsible for submitting all required materials (logos, files, physical items) by the stated deadlines. Failure to submit materials on time may affect your exposure, with no guarantee of inclusion or compensation. GameAcon does not guarantee specific attendance numbers, consumer engagement, or marketing performance. While the event is widely marketed and expected to attract strong foot traffic, all sponsorship benefits are promotional in nature, and results may vary. All sponsorship sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to event turnout, scheduling conflicts, changes to programming or layout, personal emergencies or travel issues, late or missing sponsor materials, force majeure, weather-related issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled for reasons beyond GameAcon’s control, a credit may be issued toward a future GameAcon event, at our discretion. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that this transaction constitutes a binding digital agreement, and you agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason. Any attempt to reverse payment will be considered a breach of agreement and may result in legal or collection action. Sponsors are expected to align with the family-friendly and inclusive spirit of GameAcon. GameAcon reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at its sole discretion if a sponsor’s materials, behavior, or brand message is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, misleading, or in conflict with the values of the event. GameAcon is not responsible for the shipping, storage, or delivery of sponsor-provided promotional materials. Any physical items intended for use in signage, swag bags, or on-site placement must be delivered on time and in accordance with instructions provided by the GameAcon team. GameAcon is not liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, or misused promotional materials. By completing your sponsorship purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this legally binding agreement, and waive any claims related to promotional outcomes, event changes, or financial loss.
