🎮 Gameacon Vendor & Artist Agreement & Policies (2025)
By purchasing vendor or artist space for Gameacon (October 11–12, 2025 at The Shops at Palm Desert), you agree to the following terms and conditions. All registrations are for space only. No pipe/drape, electricity, furnishings, or infrastructure are provided. All participants—vendors and artists—must supply their own tables, chairs, signage, and displays. Display setups must remain within the assigned footprint and must not obstruct aisles or neighboring spaces. Zone 6 (Art Zone) is designated for independent artists and creators and is located just off the main concourse. It is priced as a value option but follows the same BYO setup policy. Gameacon does not guarantee attendance numbers or sales outcomes. While the event is widely marketed and is expected to have strong foot traffic, all vendors and artists accept full responsibility for their own performance, visibility, and customer engagement. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to event turnout, weather, scheduling conflicts, vendor or artist sales performance, personal emergencies, travel disruptions, or any unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled for reasons beyond Gameacon’s control, a credit may be issued toward a future Gameacon event, at our discretion. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that this transaction constitutes a binding digital agreement and you agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason. Any attempt to reverse payment will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal or collection action. All vendors and artists are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow exhibitors. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violations of policy may result in removal without refund. Items sold must be appropriate for a family-friendly public event. Illegal, dangerous, or prohibited merchandise is not allowed. Gameacon reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at its sole discretion. Gameacon is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during setup, show hours, or breakdown. By purchasing space, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this legally binding agreement, and that you waive any claims related to financial loss, attendance, performance, or unforeseen disruptions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.
