GameAcon is excited to offer a budget-friendly table option for independent game developers, illustrators, and creators looking to showcase their work at one of SoCal’s fastest-growing fan events. This area is our dedicated Creative Corner, located just off the main concourse inside The Shops at Palm Desert. It’s the ideal space for indies who want to connect with thousands of players and test their games without the cost of a full booth.
⚠️ Please note: This is a BYOT space — Bring Your Own Table and Chair. We provide the spot. You bring your full gaming setup.

🎨 GameACon Artist Space Agreement & Policies (2026)
By purchasing an Artist Space for GameACon, October 17–18, 2026 at The Shops at Palm Desert, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
I. MASTER POLICY
All Sales Are Final: Artist Space purchases are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law. Refunds will not be issued because of attendance, weather, personal emergencies, sales performance, or lack of results.
No Guarantees: GameACon does not guarantee attendance, sales, revenue, customer traffic, or specific floor placement. Each artist is responsible for their own sales and results.
Transfers: An Artist Space may be transferred to another approved participant only with written approval from GameACon no later than four weeks before the event. Spaces may not be resold for profit.
Force Majeure: If the event is canceled or materially affected by circumstances beyond GameACon’s reasonable control, GameACon may provide a credit toward a future event at its discretion.
Conduct & Safety: Professional and family-friendly behavior is required. Harassment, unsafe conduct, or inappropriate merchandise may result in removal without refund. GameACon and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
II. ARTIST SPACE PARTICIPANTS ($269)
Artist Space: Your registration provides one designated Artist Space for the two-day event.
Setup: Artists are responsible for their own tables, chairs, signage, displays, and setup materials unless otherwise specifically stated by GameACon. All displays must remain within the assigned space and may not obstruct aisles, exits, or neighboring spaces.
Event Hours: Artists are expected to participate Saturday 11 AM–8 PM and Sunday 11 AM–6 PM.
Power: Electricity is not guaranteed or included unless specifically arranged in advance.
Merchandise: Items displayed or sold must be appropriate for a family-friendly event and comply with venue and GameACon policies.
