Gameacon Outdoor Vendor & Artist Agreement (2026)
By completing your purchase, you agree to these legally binding terms:
Space & Infrastructure: All registrations are for outdoor floor space only. This is a "Bring Your Own" setup; you must provide your own tents, tables, chairs, and displays.
Tent Weight Requirement: Tents must be secured with weights (sandbags, water jugs, etc.). No stakes are allowed in the asphalt.
Total Self-Sufficiency: No electricity, water, or refrigeration is provided. Generators must be "quiet-run" and meet local fire marshal standards.
Permits & Insurance: You have the permit/license. You are responsible for all Riverside County Health permits and liability insurance. Failure to produce these upon request is your sole responsibility.
Weather & Desert Climate: This is a desert event; temperatures can exceed 100°F. High heat, rain, or wind are not grounds for a refund.
Force Majeure: In the event of a natural disaster or extreme weather, Gameacon may delay or reschedule. No refunds will be issued; credits may be given at our discretion.
Food Truck & Rig Clause: You are 100% responsible for the legal disposal of greywater and grease. Dumping waste on mall property results in a $500 fine and an immediate ban.
Mandatory Cleaning Policy: All trash and debris must be removed daily. You must leave your space as you found it.
Strict No-Refund Policy & Transfer Option: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are issued for any reason. As a courtesy, Gameacon allows you to transfer your space to another vendor if you have an emergency. You must provide their contact info immediately, and they must sign this agreement. Space cannot be resold for a profit.
Chargeback Waiver: You expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason. You acknowledge this transaction is a binding digital contract.
